How to submit mail from your webpage to mail chimp to create a list:
Step 1: create a mail chimp account.
Go to mailchimp.com and create an account. When you finished the process login to your mailchimp account.
Click on list.
Then click on create list. and fill up all field to create list. Here i already create a list which name is Test
Step2: Click on Test and then click on Signup forms
