BuddyPress Installation
Getting Started

1. Installation
Two types of installation you can follow.
1. Automated Installation
Follow the following steps

  • Download and Install wordpress.
  • Enter your wordpress dashboard.
  • Click on Plugins => Add New

  • Search and install ‘BuddyPress’


  • Activate Plugin


2. Manual Installation

  • Download BuddyPress.
  • Upload plugin to wp-content/plugins folder in your wordpress directory.
  • Make sure you have pretty permalinks enabled in your wordpress install.
  • Go to admin dashboard => Plugins => Installed Plugins
  • Activate BuddyPress.
