In this blog I am going to describe what is zendesk, why you use zendesk and how you create your zendesk web portal for customers or users.
What Is Zendesk?
Zendesk is a complete customer support solution. Both the help desk and customer support applications are offered on a stand-alone basis and knowledge management is also included as part of the integrated suite. The system was designed to be used across a wide range of vertical markets including technology, government, media, and retail, and is sellable for businesses small to large.
Why You Use Zendesk?
When you want to provide a better customer support or if you want to know the opinion of customer about your business or want to provide web based solution you can use zendesk help center. It is very easy to use. Currently more than 10000 companies in approximately 100 countries worldwide use zendesk.
Zendesk is ready to use as soon as you create an account. Because it is an online help desk software, you do not need to worry about servers or software updates, and you can access Zendesk anywhere, from any device.
How You Create Custom Web portal in Zendesk?
Follow the below steps
Step-1 : Register in zendesk
Go to the following link for registration in zendesk and follow those steps

After completing process your zendesk dashboard is ready

Step-2: Click on Help Center in your zendesk dashboard.

Step-3: Now you move to next page. The page is looks like below image.

Step-4: Click on Customize design

Step-5: Click on Switch theme to select theme

I select “The Humble Squid” theme here for example. After selection click on “Publish changes”

Step-6: Now click on Edit theme for edit your default theme. There are some default CSS and JavaScript code. You can change those CSS or JavaScript as you want for changing your theme layout.
